Tickit DSF Golden Tickit Campaign in Collaboration with Dubai Shopping Festival (“DSF”) 2025–2026

The following Tickit DSF Golden Tickit Campaign, in collaboration with DSF 2025–2026 Terms and Conditions (the “DSF T&Cs”), apply to all Members wishing to participate in the Promotion (defined below). These DSF T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference herein.

  1. Spend with a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to your Tickit account at any Partner Outlet and stand a chance to win 10,000 Tickit Points (equivalent to AED 10,000) (the “Daily Prize”) (the “Promotion”), subject to these DSF T&Cs.

  2. To participate in the Promotion, you must download the Tickit rewards App and link your UAE-issued credit and/or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) to your Tickit account.

  3. To participate in the Promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a UAE resident holding a valid Emirates ID.

  4. This Promotion is valid from 5 December 2025 to 11 January 2026 (the “Term”).

  5. This Promotion is only valid and shall take place within the United Arab Emirates.

  6. Each day during the Term, a Member who uses their linked card at any Partner Outlet will be eligible to win 10,000 Tickit Points (equivalent to AED 10,000) (the “Golden Tickit Points”), subject to compliance with these DSF T&Cs.

  7. One (1) Member per day during the Term shall win a Golden Tickit, with a total of thirty-eight (38) Winners for the full Term (each a “Winner”).

  8. Each transaction made by a Member at a Partner Outlet during the Term gives that Member a single entry into the daily draw for a chance to win the Golden Tickit (the “Draw”), corresponding to the day on which the transaction was made.

  9. If a Member subsequently cancels the order or returns the goods that generated one or more entries into the Draw, the relevant entries will be withdrawn.

  10. Each Winner shall be selected by Dubai Holding and a representative of the Dubai Economy & Tourism Department (DET) through a random draw process conducted daily (each a “Draw Date”).

  11. The Draw Date is subject to change at the sole discretion of Dubai Holding, and Dubai Holding may, at its sole discretion, add further Draw Dates, provided that the maximum total number of Winners for the Campaign remains thirty-eight (38).

  12.  Winners will be contacted via email and/or WhatsApp using the contact details registered on their Tickit Account.

  13. The Golden Tickit Points shall be credited to the Winner’s TICKIT Account Virtual Wallet on or shortly after the Draw Date.

  14. The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed or exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tickit offer or promotion.

  15. The Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied.

  16. Winners may be required to present an original and valid Emirates ID along with the email and/or WhatsApp notification received from Dubai Holding to claim the Daily Prize.

  17. Dubai Holding respects the privacy of Members and undertakes that any information provided in connection with the Promotion will be used only in accordance with applicable data protection rules and the Tickit Privacy Policy. 

  18. Members may contact a Tickit App customer service representative via the Tickit App for any queries related to the Promotion.
